   2. Sorting machine adjustment consignment fee (charged delivery fee %s, new delivery fee %s, diff %s)

4. 当订单服务是黄邮，并且跟踪号为37开头，备注为

   1. 过机调整37订单费用(已收取邮费 11.15, 新的邮费 11.78, 差价-0.63）

   2. Sorting machine adjustment 37 consignment fee (charged delivery fee %s, new delivery fee %s, diff %s)

5. 并将订单状态改为已完成
