Task Flow of Picking Group (Primary, Intermediate)

The supervisor or line manager will leave assigned picking sheets by stacks at the 2 locations as the red circled below. Pickers must comply tasks assigned in accordance with the principle of top to bottom, in turn to claim the task picking sheets. It is not allowed to disorganise for swapping unwanted picking sheet. If someone is found as a violation, a warning will be given.
