跨站点转移皇邮跟踪号

背景：鸟系统中根据皇邮的地址贴规范排版制作地址贴面单，然后每天生成preadvice csv文件ftp上传到皇邮服务器，有跟踪号的服务会在出单的时候分配一个跟踪号。但有时候一个站点某一个服务的跟踪号用完了，就需要麻烦IT后台从另一个站点分配一些过来。因此，将此功能做到系统。

1.针对皇邮服务，因此Consignment Delivery Agent统一是 Royalmail

2.目前线上只有Special Type=RoyalMail V2的服务可以转移跟踪号（其他类型的皇邮服务已经弃用）

3.转移的标准是Service code，Account number和Contract code要完全一致的服务才可以转移

具体操作如下：

1.登录需要被转移（即缺少）皇邮跟踪号的站点，进入设置→ 杂项→ Royalmail Barcode 并点击批量转移（Batch Transfer）


Target：指该站点下选择的目的邮递服务。表示该服务的某个service code的跟踪号用完了，需要从其他站点补充

Source：指可以提供跟踪号的站点和与目的邮递服务的special type，account number和contract code完全一致的来源数据

Param：指需要转移的跟踪号的数量


2.确定“目的邮递服务”等参数

2.1列出所有皇邮的邮递服务 (special type为RMV2)供选择

2.2选择某个服务后，查询这个服务是否有多个皇邮服务代码，多个话，全部列出来

选Ｎ/A表示要转几个barcode里service_code为空的过来

选TLPXX的是指要转几个barcode里service code为TLP的过来

2.3显示这个服务过去一个月用了多少跟踪号，以便参考需要转移多少过来

这样基本就确定“目的地”啦

3.选择数据源

3.1列举出可以提供皇邮跟踪号的站点

3.2列举出可以提供皇邮跟踪号的服务

可以提供跟踪号的服务要求：与目的邮递服务的special type，account number和contract code完全一致


3.4显示该来源服务的跟踪号在过去三个月内的使用情况，供参考


4.填写需要转移的数量并确认转移


5.从最后面的跟踪号开始，把delivery_service_id改为目的的邮递服务id，并移动到目的服务所在站点
